For bookings prior to February 13, 2016:
– Deposit due at booking
– 1st Payment: Due on or before February 13, 2016
– 2nd Payment: Due on or before April 13, 2016
– Final Payment: Due on or before June 12, 2016
– Up to Dec 31, 2015 – $50 administrative fee.
– Jan 1, 2016 thru Apr 14, 2016 – Full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee per room.
– Apr 15, 2016 thru Jun 1, 2016 – 50% refund of the total amount paid.
– After Jun 1, 2016 – NO REFUNDS
– Note: Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.
– Note: Cancellations must be in writing by emailing your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
– Maximum occupancy of 3 people per room. *See Singles Policy listed below.
– The Regal 2-Bedroom Suites are allowed a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The rate for the additional couple is $605.
– Single occupancy is permitted for single females only. The rate will be 150% of the per person rate based on the room package selected.
– Single females are also permitted to share a room as a 3rd with a couple. The rate is $325 for the additional person.
– Single men are not permitted for this event.
