Vegas Exchange 2013 offers a generous affiliate program.
Simply promote the Vegas Exchange 2013 convention on your company's website and get paid for any leads who reserve their room through you. The affiliate program is designed to reward those who promote and generate interest in the sale of Vegas Exchange (VE) 2013, convention room packages.
Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on the completed sale of published convention room packages, as follows:
Book 1 - 24 rooms and receive 10% of the convention room package.
Book 25 - 74 rooms and receive 15% of the convention room package.
Book 75 or more and receive 20% of the convention room package.
Becoming an affiliate could not be any easier!
Complete the affiliate registration form below by entering your company or club name (enter the name as you would like it to appear on your affiliate ID); your first and last name, Email address, mailing address and phone number. **Please note: The phone number you enter will be the phone number displayed on the site for potential attendees to contact you. No other pertinent personal information will display on the site. It is very important that you complete the intake document correctly to ensure proper and timely execution of your commission check. Complete the intake documentation by clicking the submit button.
Upon completion, you will automatically receive an email from Vegas Exchange with a confirmation code.
Copy this confirmation code and paste or enter it in the appropriate intake field to complete the affiliate registration process.
Once complete, the system will generate a unique administrative portal for your organization.
Upload your club or organization banner (592 x 149 pixels), banner logo (143 x 143) and button ad (120 x 69 pixels). This step is very important, so that your affiliate information is displayed on the Vegas Exchange website.
Copy your affiliate HTML code and paste to your organization's website.
Tell your friends, colleagues and members to book through your site.
That's it! You will receive a commission check within 30 days after the closing date of the 2013 convention.
